Warning Signs of Extreme Fatigue
Many symptoms would raise eyebrows listening to them. Here are some of the warning signs:
1. Pain located in the lower abdomen, in the groin region, or below the navel. This pain is relatively rare but may occur after eating fatty food, experiencing constipation, irregular bowel systems, or straining during bowel movements. The pain may be mild at first, but would later transform into a dull ache when moving around.
2. Nausea and vomiting – wanting to throw up or just nauseous when feeling nauseous are also present. This could be because of changes in your diet plan, or unbalanced levels of salts in the system. A stomach upset can be very frustrating when trying to carry on with your daily activities and leave you feeling weak and dizzy.
3. Discharge – having hazy urine is another symptom of minor illness. This may be caused because of a virus, medication side effects, digestive problems, or a common cold.
4. main flu symptoms–this would include body aches, sore throats, fatigue, and runny nose along with feeling less than energetic. This would include things such as: feeling congested, having trouble concentrating, feeling run down, and feeling exhausted.
5. Women who are becoming inflamed due to menopause are also likely to suffer from symptoms such as hot flashes, vaginal dryness, mood swings, and night sweats.
It would leave people with poor energy, judged by their bodies would be tired and worn down exhausted. This would typically happen in women during their menstrual cycles. This would not be a reason to be finished but would indicate that other things may be happening, which may warrant an instant medical checkup.
What Should You Do
If you are experiencing any of the above-mentioned extreme fatigue symptoms, it would be worthwhile to seek medical help to see whether other illnesses and causes can be found. If other causes are found, then the most viable option would be to treat the exhaustion, which would then relieve the tiredness.
For extreme cases of extreme tiredness caused by extreme fatigue, bed rest or even taking over-the-counter drugs for extreme fatigue is the best course of action. As severe cases of persistent fatigue cannot be treated with bed rest or over-the-counter drugs, sleeping pills would be the next best alternative. This, of course, would depend on whether the person in question has ingested too much caffeine or pharmaceutical drugs in the past.
