Heart Disease Warning Signs That You Shouldn’t Ignore

Heart disease is the leading cause of death for men, women, and people of most racial and ethnic groups in the United States(One person dies every 36 seconds in the United States from cardiovascular disease). And also the leading reason behind disability.
Have you been getting tired recently? This could mean something much more severe than poor sleep habits. Sings of heart disease vary, and the condition can be silent. While it may not be immediately obvious, the most common symptom is chest pain. Here are warning signs of heart disease that are frequently missed by many.
  Snoring in Sleep
Sleep apnea can increase your risk of developing heart disease and other cardiovascular problems.
Sleep apnea can cause you to stop breathing for up to 10-20 seconds while you sleep, and this could happen several times per night. People with severe sleep apnea experience a loss of brain chemicals that cause breathing to stop, and this causes oxygen levels to drop dramatically. This can increase cortisone, adrenaline, and other hormones that contribute to various heart conditions.
Sleep apnea is a condition that prevents restful sleep and raises stress hormones. It’s also linked to high blood pressure, increasing the risk of having a heart attack or stroke.
It is possible to treat sleep apnea. Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP), which creates pressure in your airway to alleviate snoring or apnea, is available for more severe cases.
